We have been fortunate to serve some truly unbelievable clients, such as businesses communities, Non-Profit Organisations and individuals. Without these spectacular clients we would not be here.

Kelly Kropman: Director of Kropman Attorneys
Kelly Kropman holds a Bachelor of Education awarded from the University of Johannesburg in 2010, LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand awarded on 2014, and an LLM from the University of London awarded in 2021.
She completed her articles of clerkship at the Legal Resources Centre in 2016 and was admitted as an attorney in 2017. Kelly was a legal advisor at Corruption Watch in 2017 – 2018 focusing on procurement law. Kelly has held special rights of appearance in the High Court since 2018.
Kelly established Kropman Attorneys in 2018 and holds both a pro bono practice focusing on socio-economic rights and a general commercial practice.
Prior to admission, Kelly worked in the public interest law and NGO sectors. She has taken the lessons and ethos learned from civil society and translated into private practice.

Marco Almeida: Associate
Marco Almeida holds a BA Law Degree awarded in 2012 and an LLB 2014 from the University of Pretoria. He is currently reading for his LLM at the University of London.
Marco completed his articles of clerkship at Isakow Attorneys specialising in contract, commercial, and criminal law. He was admitted in 2019 and joined Kropman Attorneys in 2021. He received his special rights of appearance in the High Court in 2023. He holds both a corporate commercial practice and a pro bono practice focusing on child law.

Bhavna Ramji: Associate
Bhavna Ramji holds an LLB awarded in 2009 and LLM awarded 2013 from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. Bhava completed her articles of clerkship at Bowman Inc. in 2011. After completing her LLM in 2013
Bhavna worked at SERI with a focus on socio-economic rights until 2016 whereafter she practiced at Section 27 in the areas of health and education until 2018.
Bhavna became the director of the law clinic of the Casual Workers Advice Office until 2021.
Bhavna moved to Cheadle Thompson Haysom Inc focusing on labour law where she became a director of the firm.
Bhavna was an acting judge of the Labour Court in 2024 and joined Kropman Attorneys in 2025 where she runs a pro bono and ordinary labour practice.
